SECURE Analytics: Leander PD Officers & Staff

Welcome to Phase Two of the SECURE Analytics Program with LION and Leander PD. Below are the simple steps to help guide you through the process from start to finish. Please make sure you complete each step in order to stay on track and ensure your participation in the upcoming interviews.

Step 1️⃣ – Join the Group & Program

You’re already here — great job! 🙌This group is where you’ll find updates, reminders, and helpful information as you move through the SECURE process. Stay engaged and check back regularly for important announcements.

Step 2️⃣ – Complete All Assessments

Log in to the SECURE platform and complete each assigned assessment fully. Be sure to click “Submit” when finished so your responses are recorded in the system. Your assessments are what make your results unique — and your upcoming interview depends on them.

Step 3️⃣ – Receive Your Completion Certificate

Once all assessments are submitted, you’ll receive a Completion Certificate by email. Please print or forward your certificate to (insert name) to confirm your participation before the interview phase begins.

Step 4️⃣ – Interviews Scheduled

After your certificate has been received, you’ll be contacted to schedule your one-on-one interview. Each interview is about 90 minutes long and focuses on your individual results.

Step 5️⃣ – Interview Completion & Next Steps

Once your interview is complete — congratulations! 🎉You’ll move into the next stage of the SECURE program, where we’ll review insights, provide guidance, and share what’s coming next for you and your team.
