What is SECURE Analytics™?
SECURE Analytics™ is LION Organizational Development Institute’s proprietary framework delivered as a software-supported diagnostic service. It combines neuroscience and behavioral science principles with tailored surveys and optional confidential interviews to help organizations understand employees’ lived experiences, resilience, and workplace culture.

 

How does the SECURE Analytics™ process work?
We start with an executive consultation to clarify goals and focus areas. Personnel then log into the SECURE portal through our website to complete tailored surveys that gather quantitative and qualitative data. Depending on the service tier, we may conduct one-on-one confidential interviews to refine themes and patterns. We then deliver an executive briefing—often in a SWOT-style format—along with a recommended action plan that may include policy redesign, adjustments to operating frameworks, and training through our Institutes.

 

SECURE Analytics™ follows a clear, confidential process that honors both data and lived experience.

  1. Consult and design
    We begin with executive-level consultation to understand your organization’s goals, culture, and current challenges. Together, we identify focus areas that align with our Institutes—such as leadership, resilience, cultural intelligence, and spiritual and emotional well-being.

  2. Tailored surveys through the SECURE portal
    Personnel log in to the SECURE Analytics™ portal from our website and complete a series of tailored surveys. These surveys collect both quantitative and qualitative information about individual, group, and organizational lived experiences.

  3. Optional confidential interviews for deeper insight
    Depending on the service tier selected, we craft customized follow-up questions based on survey responses and conduct one-on-one, confidential interviews with employees at any rank or position. These interviews allow us to gather more refined qualitative and quantitative data and better understand patterns, themes, and outliers.

  4. Analysis on the Life Cycle Model
    SECURE organizes the data using The LION Institute’s Life Cycle Model to make invisible patterns visible. Using descriptive and predictive analytics, it highlights pressure points early—before issues escalate—so you can coach, support, and course-correct in time.

  5. Executive briefing and integrated action plan
    We compile the survey and interview results into a clear executive briefing—often using a SWOT-style format—to highlight strengths, risks, and opportunities. Along with the findings, we provide a recommended action plan, which may include policy redesign, adjustments to business operating frameworks, training plans through our Institutes, coaching, or other tailored, integrated solutions.

 

Over time, SECURE can support continuous listening and follow-up check-ins so you can "listen→forecast→ act→learn” as your culture evolves.

Is SECURE Analytics™ a software platform or a consulting service?
SECURE Analytics™ is a software-supported diagnostic service. The SECURE portal supports structured data collection, while LION provides expert interpretation and a leadership-ready briefing and action plan.

 

Are individual responses confidential?

Yes. Surveys are completed through the SECURE portal, and interviews (when included) are conducted confidentially. Findings are synthesized and presented in an executive briefing to highlight patterns and themes without exposing personal details.


(Confidentiality is also a widely recommended best practice for employee listening and culture assessment because it reduces fear of retaliation and increases participation quality.)

 

What does SECURE Analytics™ measure?
SECURE can be configured around LION’s Institutes and may explore leadership and culture, resilience and stress, psychological safety and relationships, cultural intelligence and inclusion, and (where appropriate) spiritual and meaning-focused concerns that affect how people show up at work.

 

What you can expect to receive (deliverables)?
Depending on the tier selected, deliverables may include:

  • Survey results (quantitative + qualitative)

  • Optional confidential interview themes and patterns

  • An executive briefing (often SWOT-style) with strengths, risks, and opportunities

  • A recommended action plan that may include policy redesign, operating framework updates, and training through LION Institutes

 

What kinds of organizations use SECURE Analytics™?
SECURE Analytics™ supports high-responsibility, mission-driven environments, including public safety agencies, school systems, municipal teams, and mission-driven organizations that want people-centered, data-informed insight.

 

How is SECURE Analytics™ different from a typical employee survey?
Traditional surveys often focus on surface-level engagement or satisfaction. SECURE goes deeper by combining tailored surveys with optional confidential interviews and a neuroscience- and behavioral-science-informed framework—then translating the results into an executive-ready briefing and action plan.


(This “multi-method” approach—surveys plus interviews plus reporting/action planning—is a common best-practice pattern in strong culture assessments.)

What is “continuous listening,” and does SECURE support it?
Continuous listening means gathering insight through multiple listening points over time, not just a one-time survey. SECURE can support ongoing check-ins and follow-up listening so leaders can “listen → forecast → act → learn” as culture evolves.


(Continuous listening is widely recommended because it keeps insights timely and helps leaders act faster.)

 

What happens after we receive the SECURE Analytics™ report?
After the executive briefing, we work with you to determine next steps. That may include policy and process changes, operating framework adjustments, leadership and resilience development through our Institutes, coaching, or other tailored integrated solutions.

Does SECURE replace existing wellness or employee assistance programs?
SECURE is designed to complement wellness efforts by helping leaders better understand lived experience and patterns that affect well-being, culture, and performance—so interventions are targeted and relevant.
