I want to personally thank each of you for being so involved. The participation we’ve seen so far truly shows your dedication — not just to the job, but to improving the environment you all work in. That matters more than you may realize.
This is a reminder that the deadline to complete the assessments is the 15th. If you’ve been planning to take it but haven’t yet, there is still time. Please make it a priority if you can.

We cannot improve workplace culture unless we understand the real, lived experiences of the people who are here every day. Your input helps us identify where things are going well and where there may be problem areas or pressure points that need attention. Without hearing from you, those “hot spots” remain hidden. Your perspective is essential to creating meaningful, lasting change.
Also, if you are having any technical difficulties or have questions whatsoever, please call me. I can help fix issues quickly — but I cannot help unless you communicate with me. If something isn’t working, don’t give up on it. Reach out. I’m here to support you through it.
