Solutions to the “Hidden Hazards” of Policing is a 2 day course scheduled for September 24th & 25th from 8:30AM until 4:30PM each day. The course objectives for each day are:
Day 1:
Define Leadership and the power of influence.
Explore nine specific leaders in the workplace, blindspots, and their levels of self-mastery for optimization.
Develop on-the-ground engagement that employees require at each stage of the life cycle.
Explore the need for boundaries and necessary endings.
