We build culture through Strategic Leadership Training and Development.

Good or bad; we unconsciously replicate the social patterns we learn from exposure to people around us. We will provide the tools to enhance the skills at various levels and create conscious intention as we work closely with your agency and help you remove the cultural script currently in operation. This includes employees new to their position who aspire to reach a leadership position as well as individuals in an existing role as supervisor, manager, director, or other work that requires overseeing employees.

The LION Institute has envisioned a program that provides opportunities for employee growth to enhance the culture and increase engagement. This will include building the foundation for promotion and growth with the end product, including a personal leadership and development plan for each employee.
